Individual rooms come with the single wall and floor -- not the second flat wall. However if you wish to build the whole house after ordering a few sample rooms, the final room (the upstairs hall) includes all eight additional second walls as well as the instructions for constructing the house structure.
These files are formatted to print on letter-sized paper with a 1/2" margin, so they match the rooms in the letter sized saddle stitch printed book (ISBN 978-1-4583-5026-8) exactly. They are slightly smaller than the deluxe coil-bound version of the house. To replace rooms in the coil bound version you will need to scale these files by 118% and print full bleed on A4 sized paper.
